Martin Ross
Martin Ross was the pen name of Irish writer Violet Martin, who co-authored a series of popular novels with her cousin, Edith Somerville. Together, they wrote under the pseudonym Somerville and Ross, producing works such as "The Real Charlotte" and the beloved "The Irish R.M." series. Their novels and short stories are noted for their humorous and sharp portrayal of Anglo-Irish society in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Violet Martin's keen observations and vivid storytelling contributed significantly to their joint literary success.
