Susan B. (Susan Brownell) Anthony
Susan Brownell Anthony was a prominent American social reformer and women's rights activist. She played a crucial role in the women's suffrage movement, co-founding the National Woman Suffrage Association with Elizabeth Cady Stanton. Anthony's efforts culminated in the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, granting women the right to vote in 1920. She also published the newspaper "The Revolution" and collaborated on the multi-volume work "History of Woman Suffrage."
