Harry Clarke
Harry Clarke (1889–1931) was an Irish stained-glass artist and illustrator known for his intricate, Gothic style. He gained fame for his illustrations of classic works, including "Tales of Mystery and Imagination" by Edgar Allan Poe and "Faust" by Goethe. Clarke's work in stained glass includes many windows for churches in Ireland and the UK, blending medieval and Art Nouveau influences. His dark, imaginative designs have left a lasting legacy in both visual arts and literary illustration.
