Cosmos Mindeleff
Cosmos Mindeleff was an American archaeologist and writer known for his work in studying the architecture and culture of Native American tribes in the southwestern United States. He co-authored "The Cliff Ruins of Canyon de Chelly, Arizona" with his brother, Victor Mindeleff, documenting their research on ancient cliff dwellings. Cosmos also contributed to studies of pueblo ruins, particularly focusing on their construction techniques and cultural significance. His works remain valuable resources for scholars of Native American history and archaeology.
