Walter S. Rogers
Walter S. Rogers was an American writer and illustrator, best known for his work in children's literature. He illustrated many of the "Tom Swift" series of books written by Victor Appleton in the early 20th century, bringing the adventures of the young inventor to life. His work also appeared in the "Motor Boys" series by Clarence Young. Rogers' detailed and dynamic illustrations helped define the visual style of early 20th-century adventure books for young readers.
