Stephen Lucius Gwynn
Stephen Lucius Gwynn (1864–1950) was an Irish writer, politician, and soldier. He authored several works, including biographies, historical studies, and novels, and was particularly known for "The Life of Sir Walter Scott" and "Irish Books and Irish People." Gwynn was also an Irish nationalist and served as an MP in the British Parliament, advocating for Irish Home Rule. In addition to his political career, he fought in World War I and wrote extensively about his experiences during the war.
