Milo M. (Milo Milton) Hastings
Milo Milton Hastings (1884–1957) was an American inventor, writer, and nutritionist known for his contributions to science fiction and dystopian literature. His most famous work is the 1919 novel "City of Endless Night," which imagines a future totalitarian underground city. Hastings was also a prolific contributor to popular magazines, writing on health and agricultural topics. In addition to fiction, he published works on nutrition and advocated for healthier eating habits, often focusing on issues like food preservation and diet reform.
