Joseph Samachson
Joseph Samachson was an American writer and scientist, best known for his contributions to comic books and science fiction. He created the character Martian Manhunter for DC Comics and wrote numerous stories during the Golden Age of Comics. Samachson also authored several science fiction novels, including "The Robot and the Man" and "Under the Earth's Crust," blending his background in biochemistry with imaginative storytelling. Beyond comics, he published scientific papers and popular science books, such as "The Armies of the Earth," exploring natural history.
