John Holland Rose
John Holland Rose (1855–1942) was a distinguished British historian and biographer, best known for his works on European history, particularly the Napoleonic era. He authored several influential books, including "The Life of Napoleon I" and "The Revolutionary and Napoleonic Era, 1789–1815," which established him as a leading expert on the period. Rose was also a Fellow of Christ's College, Cambridge, and his scholarly contributions significantly impacted the study of modern European history.
