Jerome Bixby
Jerome Bixby (1923–1998) was an American science fiction writer and screenwriter, best known for his contributions to both literature and television. He wrote several classic science fiction short stories, including "It's a Good Life," which was later adapted into an iconic "Twilight Zone" episode. Bixby also co-wrote the story for the original "Fantastic Voyage" film and contributed to the original "Star Trek" series, writing episodes like "Mirror, Mirror." His final work was the screenplay for the philosophical sci-fi film "The Man from Earth," which was completed posthumously.
