J. Breckenridge (John Breckenridge) Ellis
John Breckenridge Ellis (1870–1956) was an American novelist and writer, known for his works in the genres of historical fiction and adventure. He authored over 20 books, including "The Dread and Fear of Kings" and "The Wood-carver of 'Lympus." Ellis was celebrated for his vivid storytelling, often blending romance, mystery, and action. In addition to his novels, he contributed numerous short stories and essays to magazines, leaving a lasting impact on early 20th-century American literature.
