Henry Hunt
Henry Hunt was a British radical speaker and writer, best known for his involvement in political reform movements during the early 19th century. He played a prominent role in advocating for universal suffrage and parliamentary reform, particularly through his leadership at the Peterloo Massacre of 1819. Hunt also authored works such as "Memoirs of Henry Hunt, Esq." in which he recounted his life and political struggles. His speeches and writings greatly influenced the development of the Chartist movement and other social reforms in Britain.
