Harrison S. (Harrison Smith) Morris
Harrison Smith Morris (1856–1948) was an American author, poet, and art administrator known for his contributions to literature and the arts. He was particularly recognized for his work as the manager of the Philadelphia Academy of Fine Arts and his involvement in various literary and artistic circles. Among his written works are "Made in the Manger" and "Tales from Ten Poets," which showcased his literary talent and interest in diverse artistic expressions. In addition to his writing, Morris was an advocate for the arts and contributed to their growth in Philadelphia.
