G. E. (George Edward) Farrow
George Edward Farrow was a British author best known for his whimsical children's books, often filled with fantastical adventures and lighthearted humor. Among his most famous works is "The Wallypug of Why," first published in 1895, which became a popular series of stories featuring the lovable character, the Wallypug. Farrow's writing often involved clever wordplay, puns, and a playful narrative style, which resonated with young readers in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Though not as widely known today, his books were cherished during his time and contributed significantly to the genre of children's fantasy literature.
