Floyd Dell
Floyd Dell (1887–1969) was an American author, critic, and social activist known for his involvement in early 20th-century radical politics and literature. He was a leading figure in the *Bohemian* and socialist circles of Greenwich Village and served as an editor of *The Masses*, a socialist magazine. Dell wrote several notable works, including the semi-autobiographical novel "Moon-Calf" (1920) and the popular novel "Janet March" (1923). His writing often explored themes of sexual freedom, individualism, and the tensions between personal and social liberation.
