Florence Finch Kelly
Florence Finch Kelly (1858–1939) was an American writer, journalist, and literary critic known for her contributions to early 20th-century literature. She authored several novels, including "With Hoops of Steel" (1900), a western set in New Mexico, and "Rhoda of the Underground" (1914), a mystery novel. Besides fiction, Kelly also wrote essays and book reviews for various publications, often advocating for women's rights and social reform. Her work reflected her keen interest in politics, society, and the American West, making her an influential voice of her time.
