Ernest Hartley Coleridge
Ernest Hartley Coleridge (1846–1920) was a British literary scholar, poet, and editor, known for his work on the manuscripts and poetry of Lord Byron. He was the grandson of the famous Romantic poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge and inherited the task of preserving the family’s literary legacy. His most significant work includes editing collections like "The Works of Lord Byron: Poetry" and "The Letters of Lord Byron". In addition to his editorial work, he also wrote poetry and contributed to various literary journals.
