Bernie Babcock
Bernie Babcock (1868–1962) was an American author and journalist known for her works of historical fiction and for founding the Museum of Natural History in Little Rock, Arkansas. She wrote more than 40 books during her lifetime, with notable works including "The Soul of Abraham Lincoln" and "Yesterday and To-morrow." Babcock was also a prolific contributor to various magazines and newspapers, often focusing on themes of history, religion, and Southern life. In addition to her literary career, she was an advocate for civic improvement and cultural preservation.
