Benjamin Harrison
Benjamin Harrison was the 23rd President of the United States, serving from 1889 to 1893. He was the grandson of William Henry Harrison, the 9th President, making them the only grandfather-grandson pair to hold the office. Harrison is known for his advocacy of protective tariffs and the expansion of the U.S. Navy. His presidency also saw the admission of six new states to the Union, and he is remembered for his role in the modernization of American infrastructure, including the establishment of the first national park.
